Position: Marketing Manager

Reports To: Executive Director

Position Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and evaluate key marketing strategies and initiatives with a key emphasis on raising market share and increasing value of brand. In addition, you will be expected to make recommendations to executive team. The successful candidate must have experience in the garment industry.

Responsibilities:

* Research, develop, and implement a brand and communication strategy, standards, and practices.

* Develop of key messages for all audiences to communicate core brand identities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.

* Provide regular reporting to executives, including both historical reports and forward looking.

* Collaborate with marketing team to ensure branding and marketing initiatives, strategy, standards, and practices are consistent.

* Plan and administer company’s marketing operations budget in collaboration with the finance department.

* Develop a process for setting up branch/division in North America.
* Conduct/oversee thorough analysis and provide regular reports to the executive team
* Identify marketing and audience development innovations, and provide leadership and direction in implementing these innovations

* Build, lead, mentor, and support the marketing/ brand team as well as partaking in the recruiting/hiring process as required

Requirements:

* Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications and/or statistics

* 10+ years professional marketing experience in the garment industry with 5+ years of leading a marketing team in North America

* Ability to present reports, plans and strategies to a wide range of stakeholders
* Strong analytical and deductive skills

* Exceptional organization and multi-tasking with keen ability to prioritize

* Proven ability to manage and mentor team with ability to motivate and inspire

* Superior verbal and written communication

* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
